Frequently Asked Questions

We offer custom-made prosthetic limbs for both upper and lower limb amputees, ranging from basic functional prostheses to advanced myoelectric limbs, designed for comfort, durability, and natural movement.

The prosthetic fitting process usually takes 2–4 weeks, including assessment, fabrication, fitting, and gait training. The timeline may vary based on individual needs and components availability.

MRDC provides custom orthotic devices and rehabilitation support to help children with Cerebral Palsy improve mobility, posture, and daily function.

MRDC supports Club Foot treatment by providing orthotic devices such as DB splints and Ankle-Foot Orthoses (AFOs), in coordination with doctors and physiotherapists through referrals.

No, MRDC does not offer accommodation. Patients must arrange their own stay during treatment.

No, MRDC provides prosthetic and orthotic rehabilitation services only. Medical or surgical treatment should be obtained from other hospitals or clinics.

Prosthetic and orthotic devices involve specialized materials, facilities and skilled care. MRDC offers affordable to high-end prosthetic options, but currently does not provide free treatment.
